Shipping

We ship flat rate across New Zealand. Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch notification when it leaves us.

Returns

We stand behind everything we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
