New Zealand Shipping

We ship flat rate across New Zealand. Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. Standard delivery is $6.99 NZD. Free shipping on orders over $30 NZD.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch notification when it leaves us.

Australia Shipping

We ship to Australia using NZ Post International Economy Tracked at a flat rate of $24.99 NZD. Tracking is included. For the best value on Australian orders, see our International 4-Pack Bundle.

Returns

We stand behind everything we make. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo or short video showing the issue, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement. Change of mind returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product.

International

We ship across New Zealand and to Australia. International shipping outside these two countries is not currently available.
