EMPYREAN RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Change of Mind

  • No returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements for:
    • Change of mind
    • Ordering the wrong product, colour, or quantity
    • Buyer’s remorse
    • Personal preference

Defective or Faulty Products

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 days of confirmed delivery.
  • Claims must be submitted through the website contact form.
  • Claims must include:
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photographs
    • A clear video showing the issue
  • Additional evidence may be requested if required.

Claims May Be Denied If

  • The product shows signs of misuse.
  • The product has been modified or altered.
  • The damage resulted from improper handling.
  • The issue is normal wear and tear.
  • The evidence provided is insufficient, misleading, altered, or fraudulent.

Claim Outcomes

  • Approved claims may result in:
    • A replacement
    • A refund
  • Empyrean determines the appropriate outcome based on the evidence provided.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is required:
    • Products under USD $50 raw value: Empyrean may cover return shipping.
    • Products USD $50 or greater raw value: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Empyrean may determine whether a physical return is required.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Empyrean is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Customers are responsible for all costs resulting from:
    • Refused deliveries
    • Unclaimed packages
    • Returned shipments
    • Address errors

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Empyrean uses reputable shipping providers.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empyrean is not responsible for loss, delays, or damage occurring during transit after dispatch.
