International Orders
- Delivery times vary by destination.
- Our goal is to have international orders delivered within 2 weeks, however some locations may take longer.

Shipping Delays

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
Empyrean is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Returned or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned due to:
- An incorrect address
- A refused delivery
- Failure to collect a shipment
- Customer-related delivery issues
the customer may be responsible for any return shipping, storage, reshipping, customs, or related fees incurred.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Empyrean carefully packages all orders before dispatch and uses reputable shipping providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empyrean is not responsible for loss, delays, or damage occurring during transit after an order has been dispatched.
